Annual Christmas Tree Sale Supports Riverwood Baseball
The Riverwood Baseball Team kicked off its annual Christmas tree sale at Riverwood High School. The tree sale takes place on the baseball field, which is located behind the school at 5900 Heards Drive, 30328.
Coach Mike Santoro, along with baseball parents, travel to the North Carolina Mountains each year to cut, bale and transport the beautiful, freshly cut Fraser firs. Along with trees of various sizes, wreaths will also be available this year.
The tree sale will continue through Sunday, December 9th (while supply lasts). Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 4-7pm, Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 12noon-6pm. Proceeds from the tree sale benefit the Riverwood High School Baseball Team.
